Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all services provided by SupportTech (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”) through www.supporttech.in. By purchasing or using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
- Service Nature
SupportTech provides:
Remote technical support services
On-site IT support (where applicable)
Software installation and troubleshooting
Network and peripheral management services
Website development and related digital services
Due to the nature of IT and remote services, once a service has been initiated or delivered, it is considered consumed.
- Cancellation Policy
a) Before Service Starts
You may request cancellation before the service session begins.
If approved, a full or partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
b) After Service Has Started
Once a remote session, diagnostic work, or on-site visit has begun, cancellation is not permitted.
No refunds will be issued for partially used services. - Refund Policy
a) Remote Support Services
Payments for remote support are non-refundable once the session has started.
If we are unable to deliver the service due to technical limitations on our side, a refund or service credit may be offered.
b) On-Site Support Services
Charges for on-site visits are non-refundable once an engineer is assigned or dispatched.
Missed appointments or customer unavailability are not eligible for refunds.
c) Website & Digital Services
Website development, hosting, email setup, and digital services are non-refundable once work has commenced.
Domain registration fees and third-party costs are strictly non-refundable. - Subscription / AMC Services (If Applicable)
Subscription or Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) fees are non-refundable after activation.
Early termination by the customer does not entitle the customer to a refund. - Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Customers are encouraged to contact SupportTech before initiating a chargeback.
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in service suspension and account termination.
We reserve the right to submit service logs, session records, and communication history to payment processors as proof of service. - Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:
Duplicate payment
Payment processing errors
Service not delivered due to internal technical failure
All approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.
- No Guarantee of Outcome
SupportTech does not guarantee that every issue can be fully resolved, especially when problems are caused by:
Hardware failure
Outdated or unsupported systems
Third-party software limitations
Malware or data corruption
In such cases, the service fee remains payable.
- Changes to This Policy
