  • Desktop, laptop, and peripheral management

  • Hardware and software troubleshooting

  • Operating system installation, upgrades, and optimization

  • Printer installation, wireless setup, diagnosis, and troubleshooting

  • Antivirus and network security software installation and support

  • Desktop performance monitoring, fine-tuning, and optimization

  • LAN and WLAN network management and troubleshooting

  • Network security and connectivity solutions

  • Website development and basic digital setup services

  • Remote technical support and on-site support (where applicable)

Services are provided for major brands including HP, Epson, Brother, Canon, Samsung, Dell, and others.


2. Remote and On-Site Support

  • We provide remote support services to customers in India, the United States, and Canada.

  • On-site visits are provided where applicable and subject to availability.

  • For remote support, customers may be required to install secure remote access software. By doing so, you grant us permission to access your system solely for service delivery.


3. Antivirus & Security Software

SupportTech provides installation and support for third-party antivirus and security products, including but not limited to:

Bitdefender, Norton 360, McAfee, TotalAV, Surfshark, Malwarebytes, Avast, AVG, ESET, Trend Micro, Sophos Home, Intego, Guardio, Kaspersky, Comodo, F-Secure, and others.

We are not the owners or licensors of these products. All licenses, features, and warranties are governed by the respective software providers.


4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information

  • Maintain backups of important data before requesting services

  • Ensure you have legal rights to use all software installed

  • Not use our services for illegal, unethical, or malicious activities

SupportTech is not responsible for data loss caused by pre-existing issues, hardware failure, malware, or user negligence.


5. Payments and Billing

  • We accept online payments for services.

  • All charges must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Prices may vary depending on service type, urgency, and location.

  • Once a service has been delivered or initiated, payments are non-refundable, except where required by law.


6. Website & Digital Services

For website development services:

  • Customers receive control panel access as specified

  • Hosting, email accounts, and social media setup are provided as described in the service plan

  • SupportTech is not responsible for third-party hosting downtime, domain registry issues, or platform changes


7. Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, text, graphics, and service materials are the property of SupportTech unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.


8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SupportTech shall not be liable for:

  • System downtime or indirect damages

  • Issues caused by third-party software, hardware, or service providers

Our liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

10. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:
